Aaron is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #4468) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through addiction and mental health recovery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Master’s in General Counseling and Guidance. Aaron has worked with a wide range of populations—from adolescents to older adults, refining her skills in treating complex emotional and psychological needs.
Her personal journey in recovery sparked a deep commitment to helping others heal from addiction and unresolved trauma. Aaron completed a year-long trauma certification training under renowned expert Judy Crane, traveling across the U.S. to learn the most effective, evidence-based practices in trauma and addiction treatment. This experience solidified her belief in holistic, experiential care that addresses root-level pain, not just symptoms.
Aaron specializes in integrative methods including somatic experiencing, inner child work, mindfulness, and expressive arts, creating a safe space for clients to process buried trauma and rebuild a sense of identity and worth. Her approach is deeply relational and rooted in spiritual connection, helping clients reclaim their lives with clarity, strength, and purpose.
Alongside her husband, Aaron long envisioned a center that truly treats the whole person. That dream came to life when she was invited to design Eagle Lake Recovery Center’s program from the ground up. Set on 163 acres of peaceful Louisiana land, Eagle Lake reflects her vision of a sanctuary where men are seen, valued, and restored—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
